Residential Clinical Supervisor

Duties: Participate in setting agency & personal goals while providing constructive insight into performing work to accomplish objectives. (Program Outcomes, Service Delivery Enhancements & Evaluation, Client Satisfaction Surveys, etc.). Submit paperwork & reports as required by Carroll Institute & outside referral/payee sources.  Daily functions of the clinical programs include, but not limited to: program admissions, curriculum fidelity, client rights & responsibilities, staff rights & responsibilities, Quality Assurance requirements, Administrative Rules requirements, Contract language.  Participate in screening & interviewing all clinical staff applicants & continued supervision, evaluation, & scheduling of staff.  Work with Manager to identify opportunities for professional growth of staff with respect to clinics, workshops, course work, conventions, professional organizations, & appropriate inservice programs. Participate in staff meetings including meetings concerning clients & family members.  Assist in establishing & maintaining good relations with civic, professional, governmental entities, local referral sources, community agencies & the community in general. (Drug Court, Federal Probation, State Parole, Probation etc.). Provide coverage for clinical staff in times of illness, PTO, Training, or other times staff need to be out of office.  Assist in initial implementation of new programming & provide direct services. Maintain small caseload to stay active in-service delivery & up to date on counseling interventions. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, public health, or closely related field.   Dual Licensure to include Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), & 1 of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), LPC-Mental Health (LPC-MH), Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), LCSW- Private Independent Practice (LCSW-PIP), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)

Salary from $41,205 annually.

 

Accounting Clerk

Duties

The Accounting Clerk will help the finance team of the Carroll Institute by taking point positions on A/R, A/P, and Payroll. The Accounting Clerk will perform Accounts Receivable activities, such as: initiate and execute debt collection activities for outstanding accounts receivable balances. Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans; Accounts Payable activities such as: Assist in processing accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, and utility bills. Reconcile credit card and vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Payroll Administration activities such as: Bi-weekly (or more frequently) process payroll, including data entry, timekeeping review, and payroll adjustments.

The Accounting Clerk will provide Administrative Support with activities such as: serve as back-up to the Office Manager and Finance Manager as needed. Provide general administrative support to Finance, such as data entry, filing, scanning, organizing financial documents. Participate in audits and other financial reviews by providing documentation and supporting evidence as requested. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Two years’ minimum experience in at least two of the following: Payroll, A/R, Outbound Collections
  • Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
